International United Tryouts for Upper House U11 Boys Season Fall 2009

International United is a new Class 3 Developmental soccer team in San Francisco. We will be playing in the competitive Upper House Division of the U11 Boys Viking, PAL, and futsal leagues, starting in the 2009 fall season. We bring the proud traditions, and the strongest players, of the current International United team. We are soliciting other interested individuals and would welcome committed players to join and contribute to this team.

Team Philosophy: To develop players to their potential with planned trainings, personal objectives, and regular assessments. We emphasize fitness, personal skills, teamwork, tactical understanding of the game, and sportsmanship. It is our intention that being a member of this team will be character building in the most positive sense.

Team Goal: To have fun while developing skills in order that players could be successful members of their high school soccer team, and move on to their college team.

This is NOT a recreational division, and we seek talented players to join the team to play at a competitive level. Although one of our strongest players is playing just his second full season, we expect that most successful players will have been playing for several years. We are looking for boys who really enjoy the game, like to work hard, are committed to soccer, and want to continue to improve their skills.

You want to be a Zidane, Ronaldhino, Donovan, Beckham, Kaka, or Messi. If you like this sport already, you’re going to love being a member of this team. You will get in shape. You will learn a lot. It will be fun. It will be exciting.

Dates: Saturday March 14th at 11.45AM-12.45PM Site: Polo Fields in Golden Gate Park, San Francisco.

Bring cleats, shin guards, a numbered shirt if you have one, and water. Be ready to work out, have fun, and demonstrate what you could contribute to the team.
